The art of Jerry Adams has become a part of numerous private collections in and around the Nashville area.

It has been exhibited at The Tennessee Performing Arts Center, Vanderbilt University, The Nashville International Airport, and First American Bank.

In 1993, Jerry received the Metro Davidson County Disabled Artist of the Year award.

In 1998, he won top honors in the Professional Division at the Tennessee State Fair.

The beginning of 2003 saw Jerry's work in watercolor showcased at the Renaissance Center in Dickson, Tennessee, while an exhibit at Clarksville's Cafe Paradiso and a private Nashville showing capped off the year.

In May of 2004, Jerry's work was displayed in Legislative Plaza in Nashville, and the artist was recognized before the House of Representatives, where a resolution was read in his honor.

He was also selected to participate in a juried show, the 2004 Arts Council of Cheatham County Art Exhibition.

His piece "Polar Sky" recently finished it's exhibition at the Frist Center for the Visual Arts in Nashville. It was one of 53 pieces selected from over four hundred entries. It was featured on the cover of the exhibit brochure. He did two art demos at the Frist during the exhibition (the only artist to do so) The piece, which received quite a lot of interest, sold immediately following the show.

Jerry was selected as the Featured Artist for the Nashville Jazz Workshop and had numerous works (16 to 18 pieces) displayed from January 12th through the end of February. There was an Artist's Reception on Friday, January 16th.

Jerry is proud to be a member of the Tennessee Art League (TAL).
